Vodka Revolution Bar

Set on the waterside in a cocoon round a couple of back streets and then turn right is York’s proudest Vodka bar. Its a double-decker venue with a veranda out the back which sits with chrome chairs and tables on the river with pleasent views. Inside the place is jam=packed full of students with little attention for the fact that many are trying to navigate racks of shots through the air. The wait at the bar was fairly long but the prices were a little lower than the sort you may expect in a more expensive city like London. Upstairs is somewhat smaller than down with plenty of eye candy for both sexes but it is clearly a far more student-orientated place than any of the other bars nearby.

Overall Rugby players, mutton, slippery foors and strict staff with the kind of interior tacky decor that thankfully no-one notices in the poor lighting, not the best (and not the absolute worst) Vodka Revolution I have stumbled upon - 5/10

Best bar I have ever been to.
I totally disagree with the above.
It was fun, great food, frinks and cheap with the best atmosphere around!
