The Wetherspoons (Leeds Train Station)

The Wetherspoons

A medium sized Wetherspoons but a larger than average pub - this poorly names branch of the popular chain sits in a rather good position within the train station at Leeds with tables scattered on the concourse outside and within the pub young people populate the place as if it wasn’t a simple station pub but a popular hangout. As usual low cost drinks but the bar service is a little slow and there are constantly queues at the bar the place isn’t overcrowded in the week and it remains open until midnight, offering an assortment of fruit and games machines with large windows on one side peering onto the station approach.

Overall quite charismatic for a Wetherspoons and up there with the most reasonable of this chain with little room to doubt its intent as a travellers stop which seems to avoid being just that - 6/10

why visit this supermarket when there are much better quality bars around the corner where you can actually get served in under 15 mins thats if you dont mind paying 20p extra for quality
