The New Inn

Standing rather proud and independent-looking, the New Inn is a Green King IPA pub, shaped very much like a country cottage or hut. On Otley Run pub crawl days it is swarmed in students from all walks of live but within the impression that this place is a more traditional drinkery are slightly killed off. The tiny bar at the back serves surprisingly fast, but with a minor selection of drinks available except the usual lagers you may expect from a chain. The body of the pub consists of low lying sofas and comfortable chirs what are dotted in groups in a sweeping circle around the bar. The pub also divdes off slightly into room with cream-washed walls and a low ceiling.

Out front there are a couple of benches and a small wall on which the pint glasses stack up like dominoes. The venue is nothing particularly special but with so many similiar pubs around here it must be noted that the Inn is well differentiated by speedy bar service and exterior appeal - 6/10
