News - The Hawley Arms goes up in smoke

Last night a terrifiying blaze ripped through Camden stables market requiring more than 100 firefighters to tackle a fire which only this morning has been reduced to embers. The Hawley Arms, a well repested establishment visited by famous faces including Amy Winehouse and Lily Allen, has been one of the more tragic vicitims of this catastophe, now significantly damaged and reduced to rubble. At this stage one can only speculate as to what this means for the future of the pub, whether renovations will take place or if it will be perminantly closed are unknown.
Please leave your comments and share any experiences you had at this venue in its former glory, and pay respects to one of the better establishments that North London had to offer.

The Hawley is not only up-and-running again, but putting on some new events, as announced on its blog.
