Wagamama’s Restaurant (Tottenham Court Road - London)

Wagamama’s Restaurant

I have been back to this venue of the popular Asian Thai fusion cuisine restaurant more times than I care to remember but it is always a bit of a nightmare to locate. Tucked into a dank corner off of a road off of new Oxford street, this wagamamas is always surprisingly bustling. Entry is into a modern room which acts as the foyer as one then declines the staircase into the low ceiling underground restaurant below. The venue is noisy especially during a lunch hour and the steam rising out of the kitchen gives momentary lapses into a busy eastern kitchen. Service is fairly fast, the food is quite standard, although when I say standard there are very few places that serve as interesting dishes as wagamamas as a chain bring to the table.

Overall this particular branch is not very charasmatic, it can be convieniant depending on if you can find it or not but don’t waste your lunchbreak trying 5/10
