Nandos Restaurant (Soho - London)

Nandos Restaurant

This branch of the popular Portuguese spicy chicken, chips and coleslaw chain is actually a little more impressive than the counterparts that sit within a 10 minute walk. Although Nandos on Frith Street may look a little on the small side it has quite the cavity within with a seating area upstairs overlooking a downstairs food hall with a nicely designed bridge with glass sides to access the upstairs sections. Once can order meals from the very front of the restaurant or downstairs and the service is very very speedy and efficient. In fact this is one of the best places to hit for a quick lunch since you can order and have eaten your meal within about half an hour. Prices are also relatively low for Soho and with a mixture of spicy and fruity sauces, endless refill drinks and a bustling but not over-crowded atmosphere, this is a Nando’s done right.

Overall Frith Street nandos is quite the impressive fast food dine-in option without being too cheap. However it must be said that seating can get cramped in larger groups and the dining experience, though quick in a good way feels rushed (as it would do) and much of the little additions (such as the menus and decor) need updating to keep the fresh appeal - 6/10
