MoMo Restaurant

Having been inside momos to drink and smoke shisha I thought I knew the place but alas I had not yet dined there. One night in particular I arrived at momos in blistering heat for a romantic dinner. We were led inside by somewhat uppity staff who led us to a very low table with funny near-to-the-floor high back armless chairs. They were not well suited to the table but moving was out of the question as the venue filled up fast. About the place were the wealthy and spoils as we were handed choice-less menus. Making hasty decisions the food came and it was very delectable, as expected. We watched as the higher classes acted as they pleased with some storming out. We did ask if we could smoke after our meal but it was out of the question and it took our waiter 2 courses to answer us.

Overall momos is a snooty venue with wonderful food and dramatic decor but the prices are rocket high to scare off those even more I’ll behaved than the rich and famous - 7/10
