Meze Meze Restaurant

I arrive at Finchley’s latest addition To the Greek restaurant scene at around 8pm on Christmas eve for a family dinner, an interesting choice since I had not been here before. The place was about half filled with black and White themed furnishings and a small bar at the end of what felt like a dining hall, with toilets perched at the top of small staircases either side of the bar. The service was slow and rather clumsy, definitely a language barrier here but the venue felt so clean and the food was presented in a fresh way ( I am a lot more used to that traditional Greek style restaurant) that I enjoyed my meal quite thoroughly.
For me the staff let the place down, it had some really fine and new qualities to it that actually it was nice for an older family meal, perhaps it just needs time to find its feet in finchley. 6/10
