Quite how this restaurant, tucked into the hill of barnet,has survived so long is anyones guess.well actually its not. The well rounded modern cuisine restaurant offers a idealic setting for dates with loved ones or friends. The dark wood bar is striking in contrast against the lighter walls at the rear of the restaurant and the food has its own personality, in particular the garlic bread shaped like a hand always gets me giggling. The front of the venue opens up onto the quiet street outside for those mild summer evenings. But its not all fun and games,being close to the money men of hadley wood-Spizzico has its own demons and rumours. I have heard that the beautiful waitresses gave out more than fabulous deserts and that at one time in its sordid past this restaurant had a wrist slapped for operating a high class brothel in the upper tiers of the building.

Overall Spizzico has long be herald as a great place to enjoy a quiet meal at the right price and this simpley cannot be disputed - 7/10

    My friend went there last night and was man handled
    By ALI the owner(thug)who called her a whore in
    Front of all the other customers he needed two
    Of his thug friends to stop him from hitting her.
    Nasty place old hookers who work there including
    His own (pikey) wife who cleans the tables.
    Guess no one will pay her as she’s past her sell by date!
    Wouldn’t recommend it full of guys who think there
    Gangsters that ALI needs a good kicking I am sure its only
    A matter of time !

    I was in as well last night I saw what happened this ali guy
    Went and sat next to her I saw her with a young man
    Before ali sat next to but he left something was said to the very Beautiful
    Woman (to be honest the guy she was with was ugly)
    The woman wasn’t going to take no crap off this guy I believe he said
    Jewish something I didn’t hear all of it. She swear at him and he started calling her a whore
    Two odd looking guys had to stop him before he hit her.
    Ali wife cleared the table like the good little helper she is.
    I have heard very bad things about this place full of hookers and wide boys who look like telly tubby s.
    Avoid this place.
