Fresh Fry Fish and Chips

This small fish and chippy opposite the odeon cinema in new barnet has a very Jewish feel about it, perhaps the copies of the Jewish news populating the small plastic tables at the back are a giveaway but what really does it for the regulars is the fish battered in matzo meal. This delicacy adds enough flavour and spark as to bring customers in a constant flow all day long and into the evening. It is not a particularly nice place to relax in and have a meal but it seems more popular as a takeaway simply because the food is good.

Overall the place could do with more decorative appeal to bring in sit down customers but its the only real chippy in barnet and that seems to keep the whole community happy 6/10
