The Trafalgar Bar

Outside of the rougher select of the guild hall bar crawl is the Lloyd’s bar, a far cry from the wetherspoons mentality and its sister bar down the road. the entrance is similar to that of a popular club, stiff bouncers and a staircase ascends into the venue. walking past a few empty tables and around a corner or two appears a busy bar populated by under-dressed girls. before them the bar and all its workings, quite slow service but a good selection of drinks with shooters and comes shots in bottles in cupboards above the heads of the bar staff. neon signs, red carpets and secluded booths at to the allure of the club feel.deeper into the back is a dj booth and busy dance-floor attempting a club-like feel. Smokers crowd out back and fester.
Overall the venue feels like something of a trap, its difficult to navigate your way inside through the jungle of student and the under-aged but it does smell quite nice despite being pretty dirty - 5/10
