Exit Festival 2009 Main Stage Bars

The makeshift bars surrounding the main stage at Exit Festival 2009 in Novi Sad, Serbia. were interesting little locations. There were 3 bars in total, one to the right of the stage and two towards the back of the crowd on the left. Tokens could be exchanged for drinks with different tokens corresponding to different drinks. Because of the absence of cash service was relatively speedy although selection was poor, the wine came out of giant plastic bottles, the beer came out with a half pint of head, and not particularly cold, and the energy drinks were served up in a warm plastic cup. I would wholeheartedly recommend combining the energy drink and red wine for something half drinkable when beer makes you too bloated but I found the layout of no particular queue at any time of the day or night, quite a relief although the splintering surfaces could be dangerous.

Overall a good stop shop for alcoholic needs at this festival and others would do well to follow suit but then it could do with a better selection for sure - 6/10
