Wonder Bar Two

The Red light district houses a couple of quite quality venues, Wonder Bar Two is not purely a coffee-shop since it does not sell the wacky backy, rather it allows you to smoke in the confines of the venue while have a drink or smoking some Shisha. the most fun seats are moroccan style loungers in the front window, a hilarious sight for passersby at any time of day or night; looking in at blank stoner faces. Further into the bar and the atmosphere is deep music, dark alcoves which shoot around unforeseen corners and some rigid wooden seating. At the back I sit at a wooden table in a green glow, sip a Heineken and try to out stare a Gargoyle on the wall. The interior is quite alive with the theme of the aged and ancient but the small plasma screens up on high playing reruns of American football games and CBS news spoil the effect.

Overall quite an expensive but comfortable place which even serves my favourite liquor - Psang Ambon, friendly staff and very little to complain about - 7/10

The service is poor and the inside is disgusting, this is the worst experience ever. I advise to everyone to not go there, there are many amazing bars elsewhere in Amsterdam. This bar is a rip off, everything is over prices. They also short you as well.

that place is amazing. i went with my friends to amsterdam and spent about 80% of our time at the front window getting high, eating, drinking, and smoking shisha. wish i could get a job there.

THIS IS THE BEST BAR IN AMSTERDAM SITTING IN THAT FRONT WINDOW GETTING HIGH!!!!!!

I can imagine, when you are HIGH or drunk nothing else matters (hé, that sounds like that song….). anyway, and you don’t care about your money.
So, you get ripped off with a smile!
We experienced this place with a Service that cheat, dirty toilets and Me, I got food poisoning.
We have been to many places on our trips to Amsterdam, but this place is the worst to be.
