5th Avenue
A pleasent surprise awaits all who find 5th Avenue. Ironically enough it is on a road called Princess street so don’t go looking for 5th Avenue as we did cos you’ll end up in New York. The club night we went on (a saturday) was cheap to get in and entrance led down some stairs into a heated bar and dance floor which sat beniath the rest of the club. Not huge but with an array of alcoves for seating and stools and tables. There was a raised plateau above the main floor of the club and it just seemed to spiral up. The bar was a little expensive but we found it was cost effective to buy cheap bottled beer at only a pound a bottle. Only negative point was how crammed the dancefloor was but it was an amazing night. Great lightshow and excellent student-style music ranging from Heavy House to classic rock, dance rock and Rnb and a few up-to-date pop hits for the girls.
Smashing night, well worth it, overall an 8/10

although everytime i go there the dj plays pretty much the same playlist. pound a bottle tho… you can’t really go wrong (until you have to many bottles…. which can so easily be the case).
