HaHa Bar and Canteen
The Plaza complex in Victoria is home to HaHa’s, a busy bar with a restaurant upstairs. The downstairs consists of a bar to the right of the entrance which, although small seems to be able to service people even in very concentrated numbers, in a short amount of time. The selection is not enormous but reasonable if you are a lager drinker. To the left of the doors the bar trails off past a few tight booths and into a space with more comfortable seating. Stairs on the right take you up to the restaurant which appears to be quite popular and the toilets which prove to be just too far a walk for those that have downed their pints. The prices prove to be too expensive for some but I would consider a £10 round of three pints to be reasonable for the area.
Unfortunately the bar closes a little early, much to the disappointment of all and the focus really seems to be more on the upstairs than the down since the walk to the toilets requires some exercise and a tight lip not to complain, but other than this nothing ill to speak of, certainly one of the more up-to-date popular venues in Victoria. Overall 7/10
