Shakespeare Globe Theatre (Restaurant & Bar)
Down the road from the Tate modern art gallery sits a humble theatre of reconstructed shakespearean origin and beside it a bar and restaurant. The top floor was the accolade of my experience whereby I was entertained to the most glorious views of the Thames, the gherkin and the streets of London Bridge. The food was superb and the service was prime quality, the house white wine however was not particularly nice and climbing four flights of stairs in anyone’s idea of a bad trip down after a few too many.

I couldn’t say if it was expensive but i don’t doubt that it was and you could have eaten out of the toilets. They were beautiful. Overall 7/10. Tarnished due to overpriced drinks and foul house white.
