Zebrano Bar

From outside the venue looks like just another soho bar which thankfully works in its favour. The bar which is visible at street level - the upstairs bar is a small room with a well stocked but small bar catering well for what appears to be an uncomfortable audience. Downstairs is where the secrets lie. A small club with two bars and a multitude of comfortable seating is arranged. The bar service is fast even when crowded, the cocktails served with precision but not mastery. The atmosphere is surprisingly light hearted and upmarket for a basement and really brings something of a treasure to the soho bar scene.

Overall I really prefer to think of this as a bar rather than a club. Chatting with the manager James I discover than rnb music is close to outlawed in the venue as they try to create a warmer and more inviting atmosphere for a crowd you could expect to be shopping on carnaby street in the day 8/10

I’m always pleasantly surprised when I visit Zebrano’s - I agree that the atmosphere in there is much more relaxed than you’d expect especially given the proximity to some of London’s more exclusive clubs just around the corner. It’s always a fun night out.

Great place! Only went for one drink after work (cocktails are delicious and great value in happy hour) and ended up not getting home until 1 in the morning! The music kept me on the dance floor all night.
