Pitcher and Piano

Once you step inside you feel like you are in quite a big bar- the tables seem rather cramped as you squeeze in to the main are past fat oafs which chairs in your hair. There is peach leather seating and the clientele appear to be middle aged worker bees. The music is commercial stuff but varied, unfortunately the beer is £3 a pint though the serving time at the bar is fast. Even on a Friday night at 8pm it doesnt get too busy and  the place just seems more common than your average pitcher and piano, like an upmarket O’Neills. Having said this it has a friendly atmosphere and pops out rather strong cocktails. It seems like the sort of bar James bond would go too if he was trying to be an uncover tourist in the Soho area and with sex toys in the toilets who wouldn’t feel uneasy.

Overall 5/10. Can’t decide how i feel about the place but its not easy to hear yourself over the music and I hate that!
