Pub Gardens in Central London

Its another glorious day in Central London and I for one wouldn’t mind a nice pint after work but if i’m jammed in the middle of the city where are the best places to go?

How about a Roof Terrace? The closest one to central London is probably the Grafton Arms near Warren Street station. The roof is only very small but its relatively unknown and makes for some fantastic drinking outside. Other hotspots are going to be Kensington Roof Gardens and The Aquarium Pub in Old Street. There are also plenty more Roof Terraces here.

For beer gardens there isn’t a massive selection in central London, a few try to put park benches out front but they aren’t proper gardens, try All Bar One in Leicester square or the Square Pigin Holborn. For park benches there are some nice spots by Euston station such as the Prince Arther

Alternatively you might just want to cool off in the Absolut Ice Bar on Heddon Street.

Keep checking back to this blog for more information, i will be on the lookout for bigger beer garden like the lustrous and often overcrowded Orange Tree in Whetstone and the Black Horsein High Barnet.

I love such sunny days in london. Though, there are no many such days throughout the year.
