Speakers Inn Bar

Just another temproary bar stuck smack bang in the middle of Hyde Park for London’s Wireless Festival 2009. This bar was one of the closest to the main stage and hence saw me visit it quite frequently towards the close of the day relaxing to tunes from Dizzee Rascal. The service was pretty fast although the drinks (pretty much just beer in varying quantities) was expensive. The entrance was the sort of winding queue you would expect for an advaneture ride at a theme park. I finally get to the bar, pay up and spend a few minutes speaking with other punters who are in turn speaking to the bar persons about the festival and how long their shift lasts.

Only than your basic bar there is nothign else to see, you can see the bar persons preparing beer behind the bar with a vat on the back of a lorry of Tuborg with posters dotted about the place advertising the lager but before long a security guard moves me along to make room for more drinkers - 3/10
