The Hercules Pub

With very tranquil decor and soft carpets this place feels more like an Indian restaurant than a pub, somehow the booths in contrast with soft green and yellow lighting gives of an aurora of calm. The place is not crowded but could accept a large crowd if need-be , its surprisingly big. At the far end of the pub are two pool tables. It feels like it is stuck in some kind of time-warp, old fashioned and ornate where even the crowd is more middle aged than young and brutish, as similar pubs nearby may appear.

Overall a big, slightly sport-orientated venue for the crowd that like a bit of space and a bit of calm while they shoot pool or watch a football match, staff were also notably pleasant - 6/10
