The Lord Nelson
This little tucked away number is actually a pretty nice place to go. Rather secluded but without that local atmosphere that drives away new visitors. Its not cheap but there is a lot of seating and you can sit out front during the summer. If you’re lucky they have been known to open that little bit later so rush here for last orders.
Overall the nelson gets a 6/10 because its not particularly special, cheap or well located

fantastic little place great food at good prices no fancy stuff all home cooked and well looked after beer
