The Kings Head
Now this is a traditional local, you even get the eye from the bar staff if your dressed wrongly.(I last went in cowboy attire). They have a good offer on of £2.00 for a double and mixer which competes even with the likes of wetherspoons. The toilets are pretty poor and the vodka is cheap and dodgy. Its a lounge like atmosphere but perhaps inappropriately filled with dance music from music channels broadcast above your head.
Overall 6/10 cos i hate ‘the eye’

This pub is under new management and has been for the last year. The Pub has allot to offer and is very welcoming. Dressed as a cowboy or not they even have country music for you if thats your thing.
