Happy 18th Birthday

A couple of weeks ago my local pub, the Railway Bell (part of the Wetherspoons chain) celebrated its 18th Birthday party and I have to admit I didn’t know anything about the event until I found myself in here with a friend one busy Saturday afternoon. The staff had organised a BBQ, a bouncy castle in the car park and a cake which was given away for free to all the drinkers. It was rather a pleasant surprise to be greeted with more balloons than you would usually see in this pub on a Christmas eve but it was nice to see the staff and punters enjoying themselves in this Barnet community environment.

I just wanted to thank the staff for putting the day together and for the free cake
