The Mary Shelley Bar(a lloyds bar)

With the name of the author of frankenstein you would expect this bar closer to the beach end of Bournemouth to be quite scary but instead it sits on the road bright as a theatre on broad-way. Inside the place is bustling, the body of the bar is Shallow and long with a glass front wrapped around it. Service is fast at the bar with a DJ who remains loud vocally but but doesn’t spoil the music which is a bouncy dance-like combination of tunes. Alcoholic Portions are very generous but prices are high to reflect one of the nicest Lloyd’s bars I’ve been in. Its a really Mixed age crowd one gentleman has such a novelty beard that younger drinkers are keen to converse.
Overall despite the fact that it looks crowded the place has a powerful buzz about it and as my interest over the modern wallpaper concludes a superior pub experience I watch a lad of about twenty vomit on his chest mid conversation with a leggy blonde, I guess no where is perfect. 7/10
