Harbour Lights Bar and Restaurant

This hard-to find bar is on Bournemouth beaches formidable crows nest which includes such buildings as the international centre. This family bar is located on the second floor and the first thing to note was the interesting selection of staff. The range includes grumpy dopey and bashful, ordering fish and receiving it raw is always one way to make a waitress go red.it has to be said though that there is a great view of the pier and since half the pub wall is glass and balcony, you can happily look out into the sea below. The venue is pretty big and holds families well with room for a sensible afternoon drink without too many screaming kids running around. It really is the sort of pub you would expect to be on ground floor though- one of those harvester type eateries where the music is old pop.
Overall this pub is probably in the wrong place but you can only be glad of that-the view is worth the hike up the stairs if the lift is broken but good things end there. The food is pretty bad and i wouldn’t rub Aladdin’s magic lamp for these fellow pub goers or bar staff - 4/10
